Now I am back in my hometown in Sweden and have had a few days to reflect on the three days training I experienced together with you and my multinational colleagues. I came back to Arvika with a convincing feeling that the coming chapters in my life will be lived a bit differently. Differently because I now got the clarity that I have been searching for, i.e. a clarity about my mission and a clarity about what really matters to me. With this newly found clarity I have finally been able to see what direction I am supposed to go and why this direction is the right way. Finally the fog has scattered…and believe me, there has been quite a lot of fog during the last years when I have been thinking and reflecting about my purpose, my mission and my future. Thanks to you and the ten principles, it now feels that I have gained some kind of superpower that will help me make the world a little bit better every day by serving the people around me and the people I will meet in the future, by making difference and inspire others to carry through positive changes, by being the one doing the difference that makes a difference. And for me personally, it has been very clear what habits and behaviours I need to change and what I need to start doing to live my life in a way that pushes all my energy and actions in the right direction supporting my mission.

Nate Leslie

About the Founder: Nate is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Executive Coach (CEC), Certified Professional Mentor Coach, Master of International Education (M.Ed.) recipient, and former professional hockey player with 30 years in global high-performance environments. He is the host of the Internationally Acclaimed Podcast: Leading with Curiosity. He’s the father of 2 amazing kids that he and his lovely wife Tara cherish raising in Vancouver’s West End. When not in the service to others, Nate can be found on his guitar at his cabin on the Sunshine Coast.
