Ryan Walter is a world renowned Leadership Development trainer and business coach. He’s been drawn to the impact of team and leadership on performance from a very young age.  He was drafted 2nd overall and became the National Hockey League’s youngest-ever captain for a time as a member of the Washington Capitals. Ryan Walter went on to be an NHL All-Star, playing 17-years in the league and becoming a Stanley Cup Champion with the Montreal Canadiens. He was the NHLPA Vice-President and NHL Man of the Year while playing for the Vancouver Canucks. Ryan Walter’s colourful career has also included coaching in the NHL, acting in the movie ‘Miracle’, broadcasting, writing, and being the president of a professional hockey team.
