With over 20 years experience in the sport and recreation industry, Jenn cares deeply about the role sport plays in our lives, and the impact her leadership can have on her teams. In this interview, we explore her leadership effectiveness, and the role coaching plays in it that has landed her a very important and significant leadership role in Canadian sport. Spoiler alert – leaders can forget about trying to have all of the answers.

Jenn has invested heavily in her own leadership development and is a believer in the value of Certified Executive Coaching. That’s not the only thing that has landed her on this podcast. We also share a journey as close friends that began in kindergarten. 

Winsport operates Canada Olympic Park which is home to new winter Olympic sports and to more than 15 National and Provincial Sport Organizations as well as the Canadian Sport Institute Calgary, which all support high-performance sport.
