Step One: We start with a complimentary conversation to explore your intentions, vision, and the right coach fit.
We explore the right cadence together. We typically meet virtually every two to four weeks for one hour.
It's important to work together 'through all seasons'. It's is a journey. Minimum six to twelve months.
There is one fee of the engagement duration, including assessments. Payment plans and sliding scale available.
We co-create your development goals for the engagement. They become the through-line of everything we do together.
