Janet Wood believes that trust is the cornerstone of developing a strong leadership culture. Leaders that genuinely care and are invested in developing people first, often see that success reflected in the bottom line of their business. Creating an environment that supports ongoing communication and feedback takes foresight, time, effort and there can be a number of obstacles to navigate. And while they may have the best of intentions, leaders need to be aware of how they come across and identify their unintentional diminishing behaviours.

Thank you to Episode 5 guest, Jeff Smith, for making the introduction. Janet Wood has also been a previous panel guest on Episode 11’s Part 1 of 3 from the Human Experience Summit.
