He has used those experiences to shape the practices of Leslie Global Leadership, where he has worked with over 4,000 leaders from over 70 different companies from around the world.

After a 30-year career in professional hockey, mostly in Switzerland and Germany, Bob Leslie has transitioned from working with professional athletes to who he likes to call ‘corporate athletes’. What do they have in common? Both environments have pressure, competition, expectations and need to be results driven; they also require a people centred approach to get the most out of their respective teams. In 2011, Bob Leslie founded Leslie Global Leadership. Since then he has been a keynote speaker, a leader, a driving force and an influential innovator with companies determined to develop and improve their leadership teams.

This week, he’s in Switzerland, working with the St Gallen Management Institute with a number of their students that are current executive professional seeking leadership development.
