Rusty Gaillard was living the traditional corporate experience as a graduate from a respected business school and moving on to hold a number of key positions with General Electric, PG&E and Apple. He loved the opportunity and problem solving, but did not love the stress and constant fire drills.

When his son was born, he found himself torn between more hours at work, and time with his family. He felt like he was failing at both. Rusty Gaillard’s journey to becoming an executive coach was out of his desire to both hold meaningful work and to live a good life.
