Lisa Morton began Roland Dransfield 25 years ago with the idea of creating a communications agency that shared her values of creating meaningful long-lasting relationships, while also pursuing purposeful growth in business and social impact. These values held by Lisa and Roland Dransfield have been evident in their contributions to the local Manchester community. Roland Dransfield, with Lisa Morton at the helm, have been instrumental in helping the city recover from multiple crises and in helping restore neglected neighborhoods. 

Lisa and her team at Roland Dransfield have collected many accolades in their industry, thanks to their focus on purpose-driven work. Awards include PR & Marketing Agency of the Year, Marketing Personality of the Year, and Best PR/Social Agency Campaign to name a few. They have also been nominated for best British Business Podcast with their company’s podcast series We Built This City.
